Ultraman Neos and his companion, Ultraseven 21, were created not for a specific television series or movie, but for an amusement park show (there was a rumor of plans for a show featuring Ultraman Neos and Ultraseven 21, but that show has not yet materialized as of this writing).
According to a pamphlet from the 30th Anniversary Ultraman Festival, the particulars on Ultraman Neos are:
"Ultraman Neos: Height 58 m, weight 59000 tonnes. A member of the peace-protecting "Space Garrison," assigned to the "Hero Headquarters." Normally 58 meters tall, he has the ability to grow and shrink at will, from microscopic to the enormous size of more than 200 meters." His powers include the "Magnium Beam," the "Multi Beam," the "Ultra Through Eye," the "Ultra Catching Ear," and the "Ultra Run."
